llu Arjun’s latest film ‘Varudu’ is going for a Censor certification on March 21st. 123telugu.com had earlier reported that the satellite rights of the film have been reportedly sold for Rs.3.5 crores. Gunasekhar has directed this film and DVV Danayya has produced the film on ‘Universal Media’ Banner. Tamil hero Arya has been roped in to play a negative character in the film. Suhasini, Naresh, Asish Vidyarthi, Sayaji Shinde, Ahuti Prasad, Brahmanandam, Brahmaji, Vinay Prasad and others are in the cast. Mani Sharma has composed the music for this film. The audio of the film was released recently and it’s raking in good sales in the market. Varudu is going to release on April 2nd.

Allu Arjun's latest film 'Varudu' has been postponed by a week. The film which was supposed to release earlier on March 26th, will now release on April 2nd. The main reason behind this delay is the hand fracture which Allu Arjun had while shooting for a song earlier this month. Due to this, the re-recording for the film has been delayed and it resulted in the overall delay of the release of the film. The ball has been set rolling for Allu Arjun’s ‘Varudu’ film release later this month. Directed by Gunashekar and produced by DVV Danayya on ‘Universal Media’ banner, the film’s audio was launched on March 7th in Hyderabad. The story of the film is said to be based on the 5 day marriage ceremony and the film itself is going to have a rich traditional look. The latest buzz is that the satellite rights of the film have been reportedly sold for Rs 3.5 crores!The film has been doing good business and the USA, Canada theatrical screening rights and Overseas DVD rights were earlier bagged by IKON Entertainments. Mani Sharma is composing the music of this film. He’s currently engrossed in the re-recording process of this film. The entire shooting of the film has been completed except for one song which will begin shortly. Bhanu Mehra is making her debut opposite Allu Arjun and Arya is playing a negative role. Suhasini and Ashish Vidyarthi are playing other major roles.

Guna Sekhar is known for Telugutanam in his movies and he is going to show the sequence of marriage the way it should be performed in his forth coming movie Varudu with Allu Arjun in the main lead. There will be a 13 minute song explaining the rituals of a proper marriage. Mani Sharma composed music and Veturi penned lyrics. Music of this movie will be launched on the evening of 7 March 2010. Varudu will be releasing this month end

It is known that this movie is being produced under Geetha Arts Banner by Allu Aravind. Music for the movie is being composed by Keeravani. This is a mega budget movie with 30 crore budget. Allu Arjun is said to take some special training in Bangkok for sword fighting. The movie will be having lot of special effects and visuals. The movie makers want it to make it on par with Magadheera.
